December's End. Forecast for Snow.
"Some people love waking to the sight of new snow. Fallen snow is fine, but I like the sight of it falling, fine as dust or so fat you can hear it land against the kitchen window. I like the tunnel of dry snow you drive through at night, the headlights blanking out a few yards ahead, and the feeling that you're driving into some abysmal vacuum. I like the ground-blizzards and the snow that slithers down the road ahead of you. What I like is the visual impairment snow brings with it, the way it obscures some things and defines others, like the wind." - ---Verlyn Klinkenborg from The Rural Life

Tee hee; love that they're in red cupcake holders!

ReplyDeleteAre all the folks who work with you as fun as you are? I'm envisioning Scrubs here... Probably not, huh?
ReplyDeleteSorry, but, yeck. Brains...or intestinal track?
ReplyDeleteHey! No gray matter? That's what's wrong with this picture.
ReplyDeleteThese are brilliant - and appear delicious.
ReplyDeleteOh, wait, they're just cupcakes? Okay, I guess that'll do.

ReplyDeleteWhat a wonderful idea for a Halloween party!
ReplyDeleteOh, gross! My boys would love these, though!
ReplyDeleteHmmm...smacks (snacks?) of zombies to me!
ReplyDeleteServing up brains, again? You wicked little zombie, you! However, since you have several I could use one or two...I hope they are functional and in full operating order...I think I'll leave the half a brain, however; I already have one of those... ;)
ReplyDeleteWhere on earth do you find all this stuff???? Your blog is truly amazing!
ReplyDeleteHehe, these are great! Just the thing to distract the zombies when they come - as I'm sure they eventually will.
